Armchair Exercises for your Joints

​"Motion is Lotion" for your joints. Come move and stretch, and learn how to prevent and manage arthritis.

A gentle form of stretching practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.

Floor Yoga

A form of stretching practiced on the floor utilizing a yoga mat and bolster. Bring a towel for support.

BEGINNING Line Dancing

TUESDAYS AT 8AM & FRIDAYS AT 9:30AM
Come at 9am on Fridays for 30 minutes of small group instruction
9:30 am full class instruction


Cost $5 per session or $35 for a pass


PICKLEBALL

MONDAY thru FRIDAY, see calendar for times 

Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a court about half the size of a standard tennis court. It is a cross between tennis and badminton and is played with a whiffle ball and a wooden paddle similar to that used in ping pong. You will be sure to get hooked!

Cost $3.00/session or $55 for 20 sessions
